Returns and Exchanges

At Gilded Ora, we want you to absolutely love your purchase.

If something isn't quite right, we gladly accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. 

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • be free of sand, odors, stains or damage
  • Include original packaging and belly band
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Because our towels are personal-use textile products, we cannot accept returns on used or washed items.

Exchanges

We happily offer exchanges for:

  • Different towel designs
  • Color changes
  • Gift purchases

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing depending on your bank

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items and final sale:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift Cards
  • Limited edition collaborations
  • Customized or personalized products

We will email you back with the return/exchange confirmation and the shipping address to send your package to us.
